I purchased this petticoat to wear under a costume for an upcoming Halloween party. It was way too fluffy! I felt like I was in a square dancing outfit! I had to cut one of the layers off of it and its much better now. I would recommend purchasing a different one unless you want a huge fluffy skirt!
