This petticoat was perfect! I went outside of my shell to try a Christmas pin-up session with local photographer Tabatha Jacobs, and the petticoat was absolutely essential for the silouette! I was impressed with the quality and fullness of it. I am 5'2" and 120 lbs and the small fit beautifully (although it kept sliding up a bit due to the silk material at the waistband). I would definitely recommend purchasing your next costume or accessory from Costume Supercenter. They have the best prices around - and I did my research!
