I take a size medium, so selected a medium. I should have read the weight requirements which would have indicated that I needed a size large. So be careful when ordering - make sure to read the size chart thoroughly. It does have a litle stretch to it, but too tight for me. Good news is that they make it very easy to exchange, and I was very pleased with their delivery. The costume was a hit. The crown was too teeny so I used a tiara.

I am an average-sized woman, and generally take a size medium. I had a difficult time getting into the costume. The torso was tight and the sleeves were extremely tight. If the party were not tomorrow, I would have tried to exchange for a size large. I hope I don't pop the seams tomorrow. Quality was a little lower than expected, considering the price. This had the feel of a cheap costume - not a [$] dress (which was the discounted price). Glad I didn't pay full price.

Although the costume looked great it didn't fit me well. I have big arms and I could not get them into the sleeves, and so a friend had to add a 2 inch gusset in both sleeves so I could wear the dress. Also, although I was within the height guidelines the waist was very high, and although this made the dress uncomfortable I could live with it. It's a pity they don't make a larger size in this costume. However, thanks to my friend who can sew, the costume looked good.

We had Characters Come Alive Day. I decorated my classroom Alice in Wonderland. I was going to do Tim Burton's version, but that's too complicated. I couldn't decide which character in Alice in Wonderland I'd do til 6 days before the big day! To make the long story short, I got the costume on time, my 2nd graders enjoyed the activity and I won best costume!
