We ordered this for my 19-month-old for Halloween to be a Greaser. The jacket was awesome!! But, the sizing appeared to be a little off. We cuffed the sleeves but the overall length of the jacket came to maybe mid-thigh on him. Not sure a boy wearing size 4 would fit into this jacket.
