HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. 3 COSTUMES TO GET IT CORRECT. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHIPPING PACKAGING SUCKED. CONSTANTLY ON THE PHONE WASTING MY TIME WHILE TRYING TO RUN MY BUSINESS. TO MAY PEOPLE WITH POOR EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH PEOPLE. NEVER AGAIN.

The helmet came in two pieces with only one strip of velcro to attach them so we did not realize this til it was time to put the helmet on and go to our Halloween party which created stress for my son. Then the knee "guards" were not properly attached and were hanging off by the end of the party. The rubber pieces were very cheaply and unevenly spraypainted on which was unacceptable to me when the "deluxe" costume costs more than the "regular". The leg also came with a small hole in the left side. I would not have purchased this costume had I seen it first hand in the store.

The costume was great but the belt that came with it looked like an adult size. Would have been perfect if the belt was the approp. size. Other than that my son loved it.
