Beyond Your Halloween Costume: A Halloween Safety Resource Guide
Halloween is a time for fun for young and old. For the very youngest people, the best part of Halloween is dressing up in their favorite costume and going from door-to-door seeking treats. For older people it is decorating their houses in the scariest way possible, and maybe hosting a Halloween party.

People have a wide range of concerns during the Halloween season ranging from tainted treats to malicious “tricks” to a large number of children walking the dark streets.
