How can I add items to an order I've already placed?

We are more than happy to add additional selections to your order. Keep in mind that a new order for the additional items may be necessary if your original order has already been sent to our warehouse for processing. Simply contact our Customer Service Department at 888-575-5575 with your original order number to place your request.

How can I remove items from an order I've already placed?

An item may only be removed from an order prior to it being submitted for processing. Please be sure to read the details (size, color, material, etc.) of each item carefully to ensure that you are making the right selection. If after submitting your order you no longer wish to keep a particular item(s), you may initiate a return. See our Return Policy page for details.

Is it ok to Fax an order? How do I do it?

We'll be more than happy to process your faxed order. On your fax, be sure to include the item number(s) and quantity of the product(s) you would like to purchase, your ship-to name and address, the billing address where your credit card statements are mailed, an email address and a contact # where you can be reached to provide us with your credit card number. Orders should be faxed to 732-486-1197.

When will my back-order ship?

Back-Ordered items are typically shipped within 24 hours of the receiving the item in our warehouse. The item's receipt date is shown to you at the time your order is placed. Feel free to contact a customer service specialist at 888-575-5575 to inquire on the status of an item's availability.

If you are in need of support, our Customer Service department can be reached Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9p.m., Friday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time �.

I don't live in the U.S.; Can I order from you?

At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States and its territories (which includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam). If your billing address is outside of the United States, but you are shipping your order to a U.S. address, you may fax your order to us. Our online store is not programmed to accept billing addresses outside the U.S. Please see our instructions for faxing an order in this document above.

How do I cancel an order?

Once your order has been submitted, it is promptly sent to our warehouse for packaging and shipment preparation. Therefore, once your order has been placed it cannot be canceled. Please be sure to review your order for accuracy prior to confirming for processing.

How do I know if my order was confirmed and that you have received it?

Upon completing the checkout process, an order confirmation page will display, thanking you for your order. In addition, an order confirmation will be emailed to you within an hour of placing your order confirming receipt of your order.

I'm not comfortable entering my credit card number online. What are my other options for placing an order?

Orders may also be placed over the phone, via fax and by email. Phone orders can be placed by calling 888-575-5575. Fax Orders can be sent to 732-486-1197. Email orders can be sent to customerservice@costumesupercenter.com. Please be sure to provide the item number and quantity for each item requested, the address you would like your order shipped to (along with the name of the recipient), the billing address of the credit card being used to pay for the order (along with the name of the cardholder), and a contact number where you can be contacted within 24 hours to provide us with a credit card number. For your security, we will never ask you to provide your credit card numbers in a fax or email.

SHIPPING:

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders received by 3:00 EST will be shipped out on the same day. Next-day and 2nd-day services are available. However, transit times vary based on your ship-to location for the STANDARD Guaranteed method. Please see the Shipping Policy section of our website for details on how many days it would take for your order to arrive with Standard shipping.

What methods of shipping do you offer?

You may select from our Premium (next day), Express (2nd day),or Standard (ground) methods of shipping for your order. Please note that the transit times vary for Standard shipping. Please see the Shipping Policy section of our website for the delivery time.

How are Shipping & Handling charges calculated?

Shipping and Handling charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Ground shipping method carries a base charge for the first Pound and an additional .50 cents charge for each Pound over the first Pound. Express and Premium shipping methods carry a base charge for the first 2lbs and an additional $2.00 charge for each Pound over the first 2 lbs. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

When will my order ship?

Most orders received by 3:00 PM EST will ship on the same day. Orders received after 3:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.

Which Carriers do you use?

Our primary carrier for Standard (ground), Premium (next day) and Express (2nd day) air shipments within the 48 continental US is UPS with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico where Express Delivery is not available. Premium and Standard shipments to Army Post Offices (APO), Fleet Post Offices (FPO) are available via the United States Postal Service.

Does choosing PREMIUM guaranteed mean my order will arrive tomorrow?

Orders received by 3:00 PM EST will ship the same day. If you selected Premium Guaranteed as your preferred method of shipping and your order was placed prior to 3:00EST,you will receive your order the next business day.

Can I use a different carrier (other than those you list)?

Shipping carriers and methods are limited to those listed in our shipping policy. As part of our shipping policy we offer a variety of shipping methods to select from. Simply select the one that suits your needs.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

If necessary, we can ship your order to a Post Office Box. In the comments section of your order simply write, "PO Box Delivery Required". We will then ship your package via the USPS. The speed of delivery will be based on the shipping method that you select at the time of placing your order. Please note that Premium and Standard are the only 2 methods available when shipping to a PO Box. We cannot ship Express packages to a PO Box.

How do I track an order?

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address that you provided us at the time you placed your order. Amongst other information, this confirmation will include the name of the carrier delivering your package and the tracking number associated with your shipment. Once you've received this information, you can simply visit that carrier's site and enter your tracking number to obtain the latest status or you can visit our ORDER TRACKING page. Please see the list of carrier sites below:

  • UPS: www.ups.com at the top left of the page in the section labeled "Track" enter your tracking number(s), as it is listed in your confirmation email, and click "Track" to obtain the status.
  • USPS: www.usps.com Find the Track and Confirm section on the right side of the home page and enter your tracking number, as it is listed in your confirmation email, and hit enter to obtain the status.

Do you ship internationally?

We have partnered with iShop USA, our trusted international shipping experts, to deliver your order outside the United States. Upon checkout click on the International Checkout to have the items in your shopping cart automatically transferred to the iShop USA service. International customers may pay with international credit cards, PayPal, and bank wire transfers. To complete the transaction, simply follow the instructions on the iShopUSA website. Once your order is completed, please direct all communication regarding your order to the iShop USA Customer Service Department. If you are not shipping outside the United States, please click 'Go back' to return to the previous page and proceed to domestic United States checkout.

What is the difference between business and calendar day's with respect to shipping?

Business days are Monday through Friday, weekends and holidays not included.

Do you ship on weekends?

At this time, we do not ship on weekends. All orders are processed and will ship Monday through Friday.

Can I change the shipping address after the order is placed?

Yes, provided that the order has not left our warehouse. Please call 888-575-5575 to submit this request.

RETURNS:

How do I return an order?

Please see the Returns and Exchanges Policy section of our website for complete instructions on how to initiate a return or refer to the back of your packing slip.

Under what conditions may I return an order?

You may return an order if you received your order and have determined that you need a different size, if you received your order and an item is damaged or the wrong item was shipped, or if you received your order and have determined that you would like a different costume. However, certain accessory items may not be returned once the manufacturer's sealed packaging has been opened (see our returns policy for details).

How do I package an order for return?

Items may be returned in the same packaging they were received in, or if you choose to do so, you may return your item(s) in the carrier issued packaging. Please be sure to include all original material received with your order, such as poly-bags, labels and tags.

How do I use the return mailing label?

If you are sending your order back in the same box/packaging you received the order in, be sure to place your return label over the original shipping label. This will prevent confusion with the carrier once the package is dropped off.

When can I expect my refund?

It usually takes 10-14 days to process your return and for the credit to appear on your statement. Shipping Charges are not refundable.

What if an item is damaged in shipment?

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-575-5575 for a replacement or refund.

What do I do if an item is missing parts?

Please call our customer service department and a costume specialist will be more than happy to help you replace the missing part(s).

How do I know if an item is available?

All items on our website are available for immediate shipment unless marked "Special Order" or "Out of Stock".

How do I know which size costume is the right fit for me?

If a costume is offered in multiple sizes, you will be required to select your size from the drop- down menu on the item's description page before proceeding. Standard sized adult costumes traditionally fits women sizes 7-12 and men up to a 46' chest or 200lbs. If you are unsure if a particular sized costume will fit, it is always best to order one size larger. Please see the item's description for more details on costume sizes.

Does Costume Supercenter provide catalogs?

It is part of our commitment to continuously bring you the latest and greatest costumes in the industry. As a result of this frequent expansion of our costume and accessory line, we do not provide printed catalogs. However, detailed product information, pricing, availability and much more, can all be found on our website for all of our products.

How can I find a particular costume on costumesupercenter.com?

There are several ways that you can go about narrowing down your search for a costume.

  • The first is to search by the categories found at the top of the webpage (e.g., "Women's Costumes" or "Men's Costumes"). Once selected, a more specific group of sub-categories will appear at the top of the page (e.g., "Humorous" or "Horror"). Select the sub-category that best describes the type of costume that you are looking for and a complete list of costumes matching your selection will appear. Simply chose the one you're looking for.
  • You can also use a Keyword Search option from the top of the page. Simply enter text that best describes the costume or accessory you are searching for and a group of items best matching your description will display.
