The costume was just as pictured. It looked really cute on my 8 year old daughter. I bought it for a Girl Scout Sock Hop party. Size-wise, it ran big because I got her a size smaller than suggested from the size chart and she still had plenty of room. She only had it on for a couple of hours and the seam up the back of the skirt split, but it's an easy fix if she wants to wear it again. All in all, a cute costume.
