The quality is consistent with the price of the costume. The fit is too long for the size of the waist. Costumes should be easy and comfortable, this one has the quality of a an inexpensive costume, and tried to achieve the fit of a dress. If you live in a cooler climate, go up a size to accomodate a shirt under. Then of course it will be too long in the sleeves and length.
