The midsection of the dress has two strips of sheer ruffle fabric running to a point at the waistline. At the waist you'll find more of this sheer fabric running the entire way around like a belt. The bottom half of the dress falls to the floor in solid green with a second layer of sheer purple fabric visible at the hemline – just like Ariel!
