Sassy Victorian Pirate Child Costume

This costume is in small (4-6), medium (8-10), large (12-14) and quite elegant and comfortable. Skirt was way too short to go without thick tights or leggings. The school would not allow this short of a costume and Halloween night would be too cold to go with something on the bottom. Really cute costume, just know you will have to spend more money to make it complete.
