This costume is adorable! My daughter has a Colonial Days history project due at school. I had planned on making the costume myself but when I found this one, I decided to buy it. My daughter is 4'5" and 65 lbs. I bought her the size Large costume and it fits her well but the costume will still fit her for Halloween next year too. My daughter says the costume is very comfortable. Although the picture seems to show the bonnet having ties, it does not. The bonnet just sits on the head. I will add ties to the bonnet so it won't fall off when my daughter is moving around. The apron is attached to the dress so there are not ties around the waist either. I will probably add ties there too, just to make the apron look like it's removeable. Despite the lack of ties, I do really like this costume and my daughter is very happy with it. I would rate this costume 4 1/2 stars. (I took off half a star because of the missing bonnet ties.)

My daughter wore this to a thanksgiving feast at preschool and was very happy with it. She received a lot of compliments on her pilgrim dress.

My daughter use this costume for her 5th grade wax museum. She played Abigail Adams. The costume was just perfect.
