Nice costume, comes with cape and belt. No laser, have to buy separate. The laser comes with the same belt as the costume. Wish they sold laser alone at lower price b/c if you buy costume you don't need the extra belt that comes with the laser. Bought an 8-10 for a child who takes a size 9... ran small, just fits. Quality is o.k. for a one time use costume.
