The movie Green Hornet finished filming in December 2009 and is was released in December of 2010. The movie stars Seth Rogan as Britt Reid a.k.a. The Green Hornet.
By day, Britt Reid is a millionaire publisher and popular media figure, but by night, Reid assumes the identity of fearless crime fighter The Green Hornet. Teamed with his trusty sidekick, Kato, these vigilantes keep the city streets free from crime and protect its citizens. Of course, they need to look cool while fighting crime so they have an awesome car they call the Black Beauty. It's an oversized yet sleek, retro designed ride that is outfitted with advanced technology that aids in their crime fighting endeavors.
The Green Hornet is based on the serial radio series from the 1930s and 40s. In the series, The Green Hornet wears a suit, a fedora and a trench coat. The distinguishing part of the Green Hornet costume is the green eye mask. The Kato costume from the series features a black suit with a policeman style cap and a black mask
