It is exactly as pictured, and seems to be made well. I think the size runs big. The small, which is a size 3-4 fits my 6 year old. Overall I am very happy with it

I would definitely recommend this dress for young girls but the white gloves that come with the dress do not stay up. I bought some smaller white gloves that worked perfectly. I thought it was a good buy.

My 6 year old daughter couldn't be happier with her costume because she is a Super Mario fan and loves princesses! The costume is adorable on her, however the gloves don't seem to be manufactured for little girls' arms. They are huge! They aren't even made out of lycra or other stretchy fabric. They are loose and just fall down on her arms. She doesn't seem to mind though. So if it doesn't bother her, it doesn't bother me...too much.
