Shipping to Canada
We deliver shipments to Canadian provinces within
1-8 business days from the date your order is shipped.
Most Canadian orders ship within 1 business day from
the time the order is placed, this DOES NOT include
Saturdays, Sundays or US Holidays. Please note, remote
areas of Canada may not qualify for delivery.
Delivery Options
We currently offer two shipping options for Canadian orders.
All Canadian orders ship via UPS and are shipped by either
Standard (3-8 business days) or Premium (1-3 business days)
shipping. Please note that delivery times for Canadian
shipments are not guaranteed and we are not responsible
for packages delayed by customs.
Shipping time may be longer for rural/remote areas of Canada.
Shipping Charges
To view the shipping charges on any order, simply place
the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart
and continue with the checkout process. Once you
complete the ship to destination, the cost of shipping
will be added to your cart.
Currency
All currency displayed is in US dollars and will be billed
as such. Please note that some banks may charge additional
fees for currency conversion. Please contact your bank
directly for additional details and rates.
Duties and Taxes
All import duties and taxes will be included within
your shopping cart during the time of checkout.
We will include the import duty (generally 15%) and
applicable HST, GST and PST due on your order. By
placing your order, you authorize us to appoint a
Canadian customs broker to obtain customs clearance
for your items and remit applicable duty and taxes
on your behalf to Revenue Canada.
Please note, you should not be charged duty, tax or
brokerage fees at the time of delivery. All of these
fees are covered at checkout and handled by us for
your convenience.
Items Subject to Duty
Most items we sell are subject to some import duty
tariffs. If duty is due on an item purchased by you,
we will pay this duty on your behalf directly to
Revenue Canada. This charge will be reflected within
the shopping cart.
Taxes
We are required to charge all Canadian customers
GST/HST on applicable items depending on the
Province where the purchase is made. GST/HST on
the Shipping and Handling and/or Return Handling
Fees may be charged to the customer when applicable
as well.

Canadian Returns
Most products can be returned within ten (10)
days of the delivery date. Refunds are for the
cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include
shipping and handling charges. Any returns
received with missing items or without original
packaging will not be credited.

under our Free Size & Product Exchange Shipping Program
