Mens Pokey Costume

Pokey is the equine sidekick to everyone's favorite green clay humanoid, Gumby. This Pokey costume looks just like the claymation character himself. This full head mask allows for easy visibility thanks to mesh portals on the sides and front. The body has an attached tail and oversized foot covers. The Gumby TV show was filmed in stop-motion clay animation. Gumby and Pokey are characterized by their clay look and their wide legs and feet. This was not a design choice but rather a structural one. The photographers needed them to be very sturdy so they wouldn't fall over during the stop-motion sequences. The Pokey costume will make the perfect companion to the Gumby costume.
