I am a pro Santa. I bought this suit in XL. Coat fit fine but sleeves too long. Knickers extermally measured 48 inch at waist. Internally with lining measured 42 inch waist and the 'rise' was 4 inches too short to be 'decent' for Santa. COULD NOT GET THEM ON. Seller (CSS)sent a substitute pair at no charge. SAME PROBLEM. Took one of the pants to a shop, ripped out the lining, expanded the waist band one inch (that was all that was possible), unrolled the 3 inch waistband elastic pocket, sewed on 2 inch stiff elastic stiffener inside and curled 1/2 inch of suit fabric back over stiffener. Viola! a perfect alteration. This is now my favorite outfit. Also added the removed elastic tape to the cuffs. Also shortened the coat cuffs 2 inches. Now love the suit but I sure had to work to get there. Santa Dave
