The costume was exactly what I needed for my 7 year old son's Sock Hop at school. That is what I ordered it for, but it was a little too big for me, and I didn't have enough time to exchange it as I ordered it last minute. It would have been perfect for the occasion, though. I loved the pink top and the black skirt and scarf! All the pieces work well together to create the 50s poodle girl! On the other hand, the shirt is a velour type material which was quite stifling for a sock hop in a school gym. The shirt was also a little short for what I wanted. Otherwise, for one night's use, this is the perfect outfit!
