I'm 5'8 200lbs and have 44C's and got the 1X. Fit true to size. Outfit is short in back once belt is put on. Didn't show any cleveage,which I kinda wanted some. Outfit is easy-on,easy-off,which my husband loved. Overall I loved the outfit. Wished I would of ordered the black high heel cowboy boots to go with it.
