wear a 42DD. It fits nicely in the bust accentuating the cleavage if that's what you want to go for. It does reach the floor for those women who are concerned that only will come to the ankles. It can be done as a vampire, transformed into a devil or many other things. I am very happy with the costume. Hopefully my review is helpful.
