I loved this costume for Halloween 2009! The dress fit nice, though it was on the small side. I am 5'9 and 155 lbs..My puppies were a little big for the top, but fits about a C cup with a M/L size. They said it fit up to a person that weighs 170...this would not be the case! It was also VERY SHORT! I didnt use the shrug as that was too small and the costume looks sexier without it! Throw on some fishnet stockings to make even sexier! It was the perfect costume...very cute and comfortable!

I was the Sexy Hit of the party!! The only thing was that it bunched in the back a little. Very minor. Nobody cared. It fit perfectly. But I did pin it about 1and1/2 inchs shorter in the front. Just to show of the Pettycoat more. Just normal stuff you have to do to costumes to make it your own.
