The navy blue dress comes in a knit fabric with a ruffled skirt segment and short sleeves. Its upper body is decorated at the midriff with two rows of gold buttons and a red ribbon bow at its chest. The collar of the dress is cut to resemble a real sailor's shirt and comes in white with red trim. In the center of the v-neckline you'll find a small strip of red and white striped fabric that gives the look of a shirt being worn beneath the dress. The red ruffle trim at the hemline can also be found trimming the dress's cuffs. A navy beret has been included and comes with a red ribbon bow to compliment the one found on the dress.
