Our 16 yr. old daughter wore this to my 70's themed birthday party along with the white Go Go Boots and she looked adorable. The dress is well made, constructed of a brightly colored stretchy polyester type material. It has an elastic back for the halter which made it easy to fit. My daughter is 5'2" and weighs 112lbs, she normally wears a size 3 or 5 pant, small shirts and this dress fit her perfectly with plenty of stretch left if needed. It fell mid thigh so spandex shorts were a must but not seen under the dress. The hat was constructed of glossy vinyl and paired perfectly with the white Go Go Boots sold here. It was a comfortable dress, very 'Mod' and she received lots of compliments on her outfit.
