Bear in mind this outfit is geared for a teenager. I am 28 years old, 5ft, and my size is 7/8. I wouldn't let my teenager where this outfit without tights or leggings. A strong breeze can make this an inappropriate costume. I bought the X-Large just to be safe, and it fit snug in my arms, but after a couple of hours it loosened up. You will have to wear some high heels to make those shoes covers to work. You could fix that by just tucking the fabric under… I however chose to wear the high heels and it worked out well. I wore hot pink footless tights underneath the skirt which worked out well. I should have either gotten lime green or yellow to high light the accent accessories. Really cute outfit! Would recommend!
