1. Place a single order for a qualifying dollar amount.
2. Enter the appropriate Promotional Code during Checkout from the list below.
3. Ship the entire order to a single location.

Costume SuperCenter accepts purchase orders as an alternative to credit cards to make your experience with us efficient. To make a purchase order follow the directions below:

1. Visit our website and find the costumes you would like to purchase.
2. Enter the costume item #, size, quantity, price, extended price and total on your PO.
3. If you have any questions about any of our costumes or want to inquire about quantity discounts please call before you fax your PO. We are here to assist you. You can reach us at 888-575-5575.
4. Your PO must be have your official logo, shipping address, phone, fax and PO#.
5. Please indicated your desired shipping method. Shipping charges will be added unless you provide your UPS account # on the PO.
6. The PO must have an authorized signature.
7. Fax the PO to 732-486-1197. If your PO is faxed before 3PM, your order will be shipped the same day.
8. Payment terms are NET 30.
