For my nephew's first bday, we are doing a halloween themed party (He was born in late October) and I decide I wanted to do a 50's theme. I was immediately drawn to this blue polka dot skirt because my partner is wearing the blue/black bowling shirt and I wanted to match him and this was perfect. The scarf and skirt quality is really good for the price. I hate felt skirts and glad this wasnt felt. It is adjustable by buttons and depending how high or low you want the skirt, you adjust the button, which can easily be taken off and sewed back on if you need to take it in or out. I have uploaded two pics for example of when I tried it on. One is high waisted and with a petticoat and the other lower on my waist and without the petticoat so you can get an idea if this skirt works for you. It does for me :)
