Not happy with Delivery
When I made the order, the deliver date was schedule for 06 DEC. When it didn't arrive on 06 DEC, I looked at the tracking situation and this site advised the delivery was now due on 13 DEC. My party was on 10 DEC, so I phoned the USA office and asked for the delivery to be made on 09 DEC, but the operator confirmed the expected date would not be until 13 DEC. I was forced to purchase the costume locally to ensure delivery before the party. I have now received the costume from you and the box remains unopened. Can I return the costume for a refund?
