Nice Robe, Awful Customer Service
The robes that weren't unraveling at the seams were really nice. Fully lined, nice fabric, embroidered emblem. Unfortunately, one of the robes had many seams unraveling, including one sleeve lining which was completely detached due to unraveled stitching. One robe had a broken clasp, and another robe was missing the clasp. The worst part was that I had ordered 2 robes to be gifts from Santa. I paid for expedited shipping, because it stated that they would arrive by 12/23. When I received the shipping confirmation the following day, it stated that they would arrive on 12/27. I called customer service and the person I spoke to was horrible. Offered no help & sounded completely irritated. She refused to let me speak to anyone "higher up" who may be able to assist me. She said if I wanted it by 12/23 I would just have to order another 2 robes & pay $21 for 2-day shipping, then return the original robes for a refund but not be refunded for the more expensive shipping. I finally had to ask if she could help me with that order since I was unable to get to a computer to do it online. Again, she sounded annoyed at having to assist me. By the time I received the original order, it was past the 10-day mark from my order date, so now I have to pay for the shipping to return it. Fortunately, my kids love the robes & have no idea what I've gone through to get them. I, however, will never order through this company again.
