Never received costume, was supposed to receive on 10-12-17. Called to verify order was still being shipped and was told the order is not in and they don't know when it will be in. Halloween is next week. Customer service is horrible, every time I call I'm hold for 10-15 minutes. ZERO Stars!!!!!!

So I was supposed to receive this costume 2 weeks ago. Could never get in touch with customer service (on the phone or email). I got the costume through another website. I check my account this morning and they are trying to take out for this costume. I called and asked to cancel this order since I no longer needed it. I was told that it would be shipped within 24 hours. (meaning it hasn't left their building yet) I again told them that I no longer needed the costume. The representative said that since it was scheduled to be shipped they couldn't cancel the order and when I receive the costume I would have to call back to have a return shipping label mailed to me and then ship it back. When I asked to speak to someone else I was placed on hold and then they picked the line back up and hung up on me. Very disappointed in this company.

Don't buy anything from them! I was supposed to have this costume shipped on October 3rd. There was no preorder it was In Stock. Now they are telling me I am in line and there is nothing I can do but order from them again to make sure my daughter has a Halloween costume. Oh, and you can't cancel once the costume's been shipped! Yep between a rock and a hard place!

I ordered this costume in an XL (14/16). It showed that it was available. Apparently not. I have since found another costume from another site and it is being delivered today. Ordered on 9/27/17 with a ship date of 10/12/17...supposed to receive 10/13/17. Called on 10/13 to check on order. I was told costume is still not in and they have no idea when costume will be in. I never received an email or notification that costume wouldn't be shipped as promised. Now we are headed out to the costume stores to find a replacement. Horrible customer service.

I was sent an email asking me to review my purchase. I STILL haven't received my costume even though I paid expedited shipping. This company needs to get it together! When you order something for a child, they are excited and waiting patiently. For a parent to have to make a sorry excuse for this company due to lack of organization is NOT on! I've gone and purchased a back up costume from party city, but I'm keeping this order open just in case I can surprise her before Halloween. Thanks for breaking my child's heart!

Horrible! I ordered early since they had 20% off. They said costume would be here oct. 2. Now they are saying it was a pre order and it won’t be here before Halloween. Now I had to hunt down the damn costume and pay $100 for it because it’s sold out everywhere so my daughters heart would not be broken. Ridiculous

Worst customer service I have ever received. No shipping confirmation ever received. Then when I did speak to someone they said it was backordered, which was not shown in my order confirmation. When I called it took four days to get anyone on the phone and no one ever responded to my email. Representative obviously used a script only for all answers even when it didn’t make sense as an answer to the question. Didn’t speak English well; obvious it was overseas. Cancelled order and will no longer be using or recommending this company. would give zero stars if I could.

I ordered this costume on September 24, and got and e-mail saying I would receive it this Friday the 13th of October. Called today cause I have not received and shipping e-mail and now they are telling me my order is on back order...ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! Why was it in stock when I ordered it and now its not?? The man on the phone told me that there web page isn't always up to date with the ware house....Talk about one pissed off MOM.....I have searched and searched for another one and you cant find them anywhere with out paying an arm and a leg for it. Why should I have to tell my Poor 5yr old daughter that now they say they are not sure it will be here. :( :( :( I will NEVER order from this site again....

Very very disappointed! I ordered this costume on September 17. The representative and confirmation said that I should receive it September 29. Still waiting! My daughter goes to the mailbox and looks for the package on a daily basis. Always coming back very disappointed and sad. when called a representative he told me that it was on pre-order. That is not what they told me at the original purchase. This is why I do not shop online!

Order placed on Sept 18th. We purchased five costumes total, descendants themed Halloween.
We spent a pretty penny and the conversion from USA to CAD added on to the expense. This isn't our first order with #costumesupercenter but this is the first time we had to wait basically a month for an order. We did however receive the rest of the costumes, which my children were very pleased with. #costumesupercenter the quality was never been an issue, just don't expect to get the exact costume as the movie, nonetheless great costume.
Our issue this time around is the lengthy wait, the zero communication and the poor costumer services. What peeves me/us is the inconsistency of the representatives unaware of the issues. Either you know the in stock date or you don't. I've never heard of a company surviving off of an estimate. I cant help but feel disrespect every time after a twenty minute wait being told "its only an estimate". Yes, sure an estimate, but how long can you continue to use the same excuse. I've waited this long trusting that your companies reputation means something and your company would fulfill its obligations.
Today, October 9th, I spoke with a representative and I was basically told 'its an estimate if you don't want to wait just cancel your order'. With that kind of issue resolving by your representative I wonder how well this will pan out this year.
Im extreamly disappointed. Now i have to search for a Uma costume for my daughter, this close to Halloween i bond to not find anything or have to pay twice as much on amazon.

I have called several times to inquire about my order. I ordered this costume 9/19. I was told it would be ready to ship o 10/3. I called on 10/3. I was told that they weren't sure if it would be shipped on time. I said when on your website it says it will be ready to shop on 10/6. I was told that that was just an estimate. They still are not able to tell me when my costume, that I already paid for will be arriving. This is is unacceptable!!!!

I ordered a deluxe Uma costume size extra large on September 17, 2017. I got my confirmation number via email and I was supposed to receive my package on September 29, 2017. Well I called on September 16 and address the status of where my package was and lo and behold to my surprise I found out from customer service that my package was on PRE order !!!!!!!! Ugh! Not a happy shopper!!!!!!!!

I order the costume 9/17/17 and still haven't received it as of yet(10/2/17) but I get a request to write a dame review. I was suppose to receive my package September 25th. I called twice and I keep getting different stories about when my package will be delivered. One guy said its a pre sale and you did purchase a popular item and how he can't guarantee an exact delivery date. The crazy part, They can never find my order number when I call, but they took the money out of my account.

Bought 2 for my 5&7 year olds. Great fit, true to form, although the fringe skirt piece can wrap around my girls twice! No worries, just have a clip ready. The costume is a great deal with all the pieces and so cute on. Well made.
