I ordered this hat for my son's halloween costume, and paid rush shipping of $27 to receive it in time. I received items that I did not order, which apparently were meant to be included with the hat at no charge, a very nice gesture that would have been great if the actual item I ordered, the hat, had been included with the shipment. I discovered the error the day before Halloween, too late to do anything about it except disappoint my son. I have since called, and emailed three times to get my money refunded, and have been told every time that my issue has been "escalated" to the "main office" - at this point, I have spent more in time than the actual $38 I'm out, and I'm frankly shocked and irritated that the customer service is so poor, that even with an obvious major error on their part, I have still nnot been abl to get my money refunded, after 3 weeks. I will never buy from this company again, and will warn everyone else who asks to stay away as I have never dealt with a company whose customer service is so poor.
