We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the costume - considering it was so inexpensive. We used it for an Easter Egg Hunt and it was perfect!

Bad customer service

I ordered this costume for easter. Received it yesterday... 2 pieces were missing. I called customer service and the rep informed me that i would have to mail the entire box back to them so that they can replace the missing foot covers and extra hoodie.. i explained to her that i needed this for easter and time will not permit for the mail back and then for them to mail me the completed products.. im only missing the foot cover and extra hoodie.. WHY do i have to mail the entire product back? The rep was completely rude and didn't even try to assist me, i even asked for a supervisor and she said "the supervisor will tell you the same thing".. what ever happened to pleasing the customers???

Missing hood

The parts of the costume that I received were very high quality. I needed the piece that wasnt shipped. The bonus good with ears was missing and my email to customer support went unanswered. Bunny nose had some chipped paint, but easily repaired with nail polish. Still need my hood though. The mask is too scary for the younger kids (we are spliting the kids up into groups - hood for those under 3 and costume head for older kids
