Some of our 2015 costume predictions, though, are reappearing acts, back to “avenge” their spots in the rankings. Avengers costumes from Marvel’s Summer blockbuster have consistently been some of the biggest trends in recent years. Iron Man and Captain America have owned this infographic in the past, so this year, we’re predicting Thor and The Incredible Hulk might be so sought after that they’ll be hard to find if you wait too long!
While Disney Princesses are always a favorite for little girls, this year, Cinderella runs away from the competition. The live-action recreation of the Disney animated classic left your daughters entranced, and now they can mimic her look – butterflies, glass slippers and all! If your child wants to stray from the princess path, don’t forget this past summer’s hottest animated film: Minions! Dress like Dave, Kevin and their fearless leader Gru as you demand your candy this Halloween!
We may be getting ahead of ourselves with this pick, but Star Wars fans will inevitably disagree. The most-anticipated film of the year doesn’t come ’til Christmas, but we’re predicting a big Halloween for the Stormtrooper, as the soldiers of the Dark Side will make their first on-screen appearances since 2005 in Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens.
