How do I determine the correct size for me?

A sizing chart is available on almost every product page. If in doubt, it’s usually best to order the larger size.
Please note that bodysuit costumes such as many superhero costumes are meant to be tight fitting.

Can I check the status of my order?

Yes! You will receive regular updates via email but you can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.

How do I know if my purchase has been confirmed?

After clicking the "Submit" button, you'll be taken to an order confirmation page that will provide your order number. You will also receive a confirmation message to the email address you provided during the checkout process.

 

Can I cancel or modify my order once it’s been submitted?

In order to process and ship your order in a timely manner we are unable to cancel or make any modifications to your order once it has been submitted and confirmed.


What makes a product “Exclusive”?

Our Exclusive products are one of a kind. They are either produced by our in-house Creative Team, or created especially for us with unique colors, fabrics, etc. All of them are available only through CostumeSuperCenter.com or one of our partner companies.

 

How do I know if an item is out of stock or in stock?

Items with sizes that are out of stock will have a line strike through on the size on the product detail page and you will NOT be able to add the item to your cart in that size.
If all sizes of an item are out of stock, item may still appear on site with “Sold Out” underneath the item image and name. You are still able to view the product detail page but are NOT able to add item to your cart.
Items and sizes that are in stock can be added to your cart easily. The item has inventory and is ready to be shipped!

 

If an item is out of stock, can I still buy it?

Some out of stock items are available for Pre-Order and are noted as such on the product detail page, along with their estimated in-stock date. Just add the product you want to pre-order to your cart and check out as usual. Click here for addition information on Pre-Order items.

 

What forms of payment does CostumeSuperCenter.com accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, American Express and PayPal. You may also use check cards or ATM cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. We do not accept gift cards, personal checks, or cash. We only accept credit cards issued from a country we ship to.

Please Note: we do not accept prepaid credit cards and/or Visa gift cards unless there is a billing address registered with the card.

 

What taxes will I have to pay?

We charge sales tax for all our domestic orders. You will be charged sales tax based on the zip code your order is shipped to. However, if for some reason you are not charged sales tax it is your responsibility to report the purchase and pay any applicable sales tax the next time you file your taxes for the year.

 

How do I check pricing and availability?

Each product page on our website displays the most current information available regarding price and stock.

 

Can an order be shipped to me if I live outside the United States?

Unfortunately, no we do not ship internationally. At this time CostumeSuperCenter.com can only ship to the 48 of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We are unable to ship orders to the states of Hawaii, Alaska, any US Territories such as Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands or any international locations

How do I return item(s) and get a refund?

Easy! Just follow these steps:

1. Read our Return Policy to ensure your order qualifies.
2. Pack up your order and include your packing slip inside the package.
3. Mail the item to the return address below:

4. We will issue you a refund for your order (minus shipping fees) typically within a week of the receipt of your package. Note: In October and November, this process may take up to 3 weeks.

 

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Returns are typically processed within 2 weeks of receiving the item. During the Halloween season (September through November), returns may take up to 4 weeks.

 

How do I remove my name from your mailing list?

On the bottom of one of the emails, click the Unsubscribe link.
