PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

SHIPPING ADDRESS
The customer is responsible for providing a correct, complete and safe to ship to non PO Box shipping address when you place your order. CostumeSuperCenter.com is not able to modify, reroute or cancel orders once placed. Please verify you entered the complete shipping address including unit number and reachable phone number when completing checkout. CostumeSuperCenter.com is not responsible for the package once the carrier has delivered and provided proof of delivery. Please make sure you plan accordingly.
There is a $15 restocking fee for undeliverable or refused orders. If your order is returned due to it being undeliverable or refused, your order will be cancelled and refunded your order total minus the $15 restocking fee. If your order is under $15, a refund will not be issued.
At this time Costumesupercenter.com can only ship to the 48 of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. We are unable to ship orders to the states of Hawaii and Alaska.
We are unable to ship orders to any US Territories such as Guam, Puerto Rico, or the Virgin Islands. Costumesupercenter.com does not currently ship to any international locations.

- Note that Standard Shipping packages are transferred to USPS to complete final delivery. If USPS does not deliver to your physical address, please use your PO BOX address when placing the order using Standard Shipping.
- Not all zip codes qualify for shipping. You must confirm that your zip code qualifies which can be done by entering your address during checkout. If the method of shipping does not show up then the service is not available in your area.
- Deliveries are made Monday-Friday.
- Business days are weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
- All individual unit item weights are rounded up to the nearest pound (lb.) for calculating shipping charges.
