Snowman Plush Economical Mascot Adult Costume

I bought the snowman costume for a children's Christmas program. Unfortunately the delivery day from UPS was updated two times and was late coming. Consequently, I had rush to buy another costume locally for the Program. I had to return this costume and found the costumer service very helpful and understanding. They immediately sent me a return label and were very accommodating. Even though it was very stressful because it did not arrive on time, as it was written on day of delivery, I was satisfy with the service. The costume is great, but did not get to use it.
